Band sawmill for cutting logs DAJK Trak-Met TTP-600 PREMIUM PLUS

The DAJK Trak-Met TTP-600 PREMIUM PLUS sawmill is an evolutionary upgrade of the TTP-600 STANDARD. It has been developed to cut logs of more than 20 m3 / 8h with very good precision and smooth cut. Powerful “PREMIUM” hydraulics, mounted on an extremely massive profile, 200mm x 120mm x 6mm, provide very high sawing stability at work, making it easy to maneuver large logs weighing up to 5 tons. Strong hydraulic elements made of as much as 10 mm steel are also designed accordingly. The saw is operated via a remote stationary console.

Wheels with a diameter of 600 mm and a special tight fit belt prevents sawdust and pitch from getting between the belt and the wheels. All this ensures the maximum longevity of the saw blade. It is possible to use a bimetallic blade 50 mm wide and 1.27 mm thick. The use of such a blades ensures stable work, significantly limits the ripple wave and allows accurate sawing up to 0.2 mm.
